Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM)
• Expertise in Order Processing, Pricing, and OM Configurations/Setups
• Experience with EDI integrations and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
• Experience supporting Shipping processes and integrations with non-Oracle systems
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience
• Experience with OTBI Reporting and data analysis
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred:

• Oracle Fusion OM integrations and middleware
• Production Support & Incident Management
• Consumer Goods, Retail, Fashion/Apparel, or Manufacturing domain
• Experience working with global onsite/offshore teams
