Agile Analyst - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Analyst - Hybrid for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Newark, DE. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

The Agile Analyst will work with IT, Business, and technology partners to define and deliver solutions that meet business objectives. This role combines business and technology skills, serving as a servant leader and facilitator between business and IT to understand needs and ensure project success through the entire lifecycle. This position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, eliciting, analyzing, validating, and managing of requirements and business processes
• Partner with Project Managers, Business Stakeholders, and IT interfacing groups
• Serve as a facilitator between Business and development partners to understand needs
• Guide the team to be self-organized, remove impediments, and resolve issues
• Assist with internal and external communication to improve transparency
• Lead other IT project work based on changing project demands

Requirements:

• Experience working on multiple projects at the same time
• Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies
• Working experience in agile tools like JIRA is preferable
• Good time management skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization
• Previous success working in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to assess the scrum maturity of the team and organization
• Fluent in technology and strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies/techniques
• Solid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-management skills
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel

Desired skills:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 4-year experience in a related field

Pay range: $43.56 - $51.56 per hour
