HR Business Partner - HRBP

This is a critical role supporting Client operations, with primary responsibility for the Devens, MA manufacturing and distribution facilities. The individual will also provide HR support for the Barrington and Valencia locations.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Employee relations and day-to-day HR operations

Workforce planning and talent management

Performance management and leadership coaching

Employee engagement and organizational change

Strategic HR partnership with site leadership

Ideal Candidate: An experienced, hands-on HR Business Partner with a strong background supporting manufacturing and/or distribution environments. Candidates should be comfortable partnering directly with site leadership, managing employee relations matters, and balancing strategic HR initiatives with daily operational needs.
