Job title: Field Service Engineer
We're looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to keep premium commercial coffee machines running smoothly across London. We have three roles available with the different patches being:
North London and HertfordshireGreater LondonEast/North London and Essex

We supply premium coffee and install, service and maintain commercial coffee machines for customers across hospitality, offices, retail and leisure. Partnering with leading equipment brands, we deliver dependable, high-quality solutions backed by ongoing support and were investing in our engineering team to keep pace with our growth.
Youll be the face of organization on our customers premises, delivering the kind of service that keeps them coming back. Day to day, youll be:
Installing and commissioning commercial coffee equipmentCarrying out servicing, repairs and maintenance on commercial coffee machines Conducting boiler inspections Identifying faults early and preventing future breakdowns Sourcing and fitting replacement parts, including handling warranty claims promptly Supporting our Service & Technical Manager as the department continues to grow
What youll bring:
Hands-on experience as a field-based engineer working with commercial coffee or vending equipment Confidence working across a broad range of commercial machines Strong communication skills A real enthusiasm for coffee and coffee equipment A full UK driving licence PSSR training would be an advantage

Hours
This is a full-time role, including weekend cover on a rotating 1-in-4 basis
