The Opportunity

StaffRight Associates is sourcing for an industry-leading, employee-owned defense technology partner in Sarasota, FL, to identify a talented Senior Digital Signal Processing Engineer. This role drives the creation and deployment of next-generation processing systems supporting essential government defense initiatives. Operating either as a principal technical lead or alongside a focused team of subject matter experts, you will spearhead complex signal analysis and algorithm construction to directly support vital national security efforts.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect and deploy advanced software-based signal processing logic across diverse radio frequency environments.
