The Role

  • Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve application and system issues, working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize application availability and identify potential system faults.
  • Perform routine configuration changes, including user permissions and application setup.
  • Document all system modifications accurately using a digital change control system.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing for upgrades and major modifications before deployment.

What You'll Need

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid C-5 Limited Electrical Contractor or C-6 Limited Journeyperson License.
  • Proven experience installing and troubleshooting low-voltage equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion, and fire alarm systems.
  • Working knowledge of network communications and IP addressing.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
