The Role • Actively develop and enhance the Compliance Management System to meet current regulatory requirements and emerging trends. • Serve as the subject matter expert and consultant for the international compliance network and relevant internal stakeholders. • Design and implement practical compliance policies and conduct training to foster a strong compliance culture. • Identify, analyze, and assess compliance risks, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. • Oversee risk-oriented vetting of business partners, with a focus on business ethics and anti-corruption (ABAC). • Manage the whistleblower system and support internal investigations. • Act as a central point of contact to ensure compliance requirements are integrated and effectively implemented across relevant departments. What You'll Need • Completed university degree in law, business law, or a comparable field, preferably with a compliance-focused specialization. • Several years of professional experience in implementing and developing Compliance Management Systems, ideally in an international context. • Solid knowledge of anti-corruption, business partner vetting, and basic antitrust law. • Experience in the defense sector is a plus. • Proficiency in standard MS Office applications. • Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills across various hierarchical levels. • Excellent German and English language skills in both written and spoken form.
