What You'll Need • (Technical) high school diploma, a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator. • German language proficiency (B2 level). • Economic thinking, strong analytical skills, and an understanding of technology, physics, and mathematics. • Interest in the real estate industry and its various facets. • Teamwork, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across disciplines. • Good written and spoken German and English skills. • Proficient in MS Office and potentially ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
