The Role

• Learn the planning, construction, leasing, sales, and management of commercial and residential real estate.
• Participate in budget planning for repairs and maintenance.
• Manage and communicate with tenants and external service providers.
• Gain experience in commercial, technical, and infrastructural facility management.
• Implement marketing measures for properties and conduct market analyses.
• Identify optimization potentials in property management, lease management, and site development.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) high school diploma, a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator.
• German language proficiency (B2 level).
• Economic thinking, strong analytical skills, and an understanding of technology, physics, and mathematics.
• Interest in the real estate industry and its various facets.
• Teamwork, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across disciplines.
• Good written and spoken German and English skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and potentially ERP systems (e.g., SAP).

• Monthly salary of €305 - €610 gross, depending on the partner company.
