Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI Developer to spearhead our Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives. In this role, you will own the end-to-end development lifecycle of our analytics platforms, transforming complex, disparate datasets into clear, actionable visual insights. You will collaborate heavily with cross-functional leadership, data engineers, and business analysts to design highly scalable data models and drive data-informed decision-making. 
Key Responsibilities
Dashboard & Visualization Development
  • Design complex, intuitive, and interactive dashboards using Power BI Desktop.
  • Build visually compelling reports focused on clear data storytelling and corporate KPI alignment.
  • Implement advanced navigational features including drill-downs, cross-filtering, and dynamic bookmarks.
  • Develop pixel-perfect paginated reports utilizing Power BI Report Builder for operational and financial auditing.
Data Modeling & DAX Architecture
  • Architect robust data models using Star and Snowflake schemas optimized for enterprise performance.
  • Write advanced DAX calculations , complex measures, and time-intelligence functions.
  • Construct reusable semantic models to support scalable self-service BI environments for business units.  
 Data Integration & Transformation
  • Ingest data from diverse structures including SQL Server, Snowflake, cloud data lakes, and REST APIs.
  • Utilize Power Query (M Language) to clean, reshape, merge, and optimize incoming data streams.
  • Partner with data engineering teams to influence the layout of underlying data warehouses.  
 Administration, Security & Optimization
  • Configure and enforce Row-Level Security (RLS) to protect sensitive corporate data.
  • Manage Power BI workspaces , workspace capacities, gateways, and scheduled data refresh pipelines.
  • Conduct performance tuning on slow reports by modifying DAX queries, optimizing data types, and reducing dataset bloat.
  • Establish deployment pipelines to seamlessly transition reports from Development to Test and Production environments.
Qualifications & Skills
Required Technical Skills
  • Experience : 10+ years of dedicated experience developing enterprise-scale solutions in Microsoft Power BI.
  • Data Languages : Absolute mastery of DAX, Power Query (M), and advanced SQL queries.
  • Data Environments : Strong background working with relational databases (SQL Server), cloud data warehouses (Snowflake/Azure), and ETL pipelines.
  • Certifications : Industry credentials such as the are highly preferred.
