Job description

AFCA is seeking an experienced analytics leader to build and head a new Scams Information Enrichment and Analytics Team. The role combines scams, fraud or financial crime expertise with analytics leadership to deliver practical insights for complaint handling and decision making.

You will lead a multi disciplinary team, shape data platforms and governance, and partner with AFCA's Data & Analytics teams to elevate information quality and reporting across AFCA's Scams function.
