The Role

• Act as the primary deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing operational efficiency and team leadership.
• Manage daily store activities, including sales floor and backroom operations.
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Handle all aspects of sales floor tasks, such as inventory control, merchandising, and stock rotation.
• Perform cashier duties and assist with warehouse and cleaning tasks.

What You'll Need

• A background in retail, preferably with a completed apprenticeship or prior experience.
• A friendly demeanor and enthusiasm for customer interaction.
• A proactive and hands-on approach to tasks.
• Flexibility, teamwork, organizational skills, and leadership experience.
• Good German language proficiency (at least B1 level) for effective communication.
