Teamleader Logistics Operations Cologne

About the Role

We are looking for a team leader to help us grow our logistics services in Cologne. You will lead a team of three and plan the team’s weekly work, with support from our team in Sweden.

No two days are the same. You will handle a wide range of unique objects, from antiques to design pieces, and move between collections, deliveries, packing and administration. Our customers and auction house partners rely on fast, careful deliveries, and you will play a key role in keeping lead times short.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead and plan the weekly work for a team of three

• Help expand our logistics services in Cologne and, over time, other regions in Germany

• Collect and deliver items with a van

• Pack antiques and other objects for last-mile delivery

• Prepare items for internal transport

• Manage relationships with suppliers

• Provide administrative support to our partner auction houses

Who you are

• You are friendly and service-minded with both colleagues and customers

• You take ownership, work well independently and like to keep things moving

• You handle valuable and fragile items with care

• Driving licence class B

• Language requirements: fluent German and good English

• Experience from removals, auctions or transport industries is a plus
