Role: Technical Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, complex technology programs with a strong focus on financial services domains. The ideal candidate will bring deep program management expertise along with a solid technical background, preferably with experience in credit/cards platforms and e-commerce ecosystems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across multiple teams and workstreams

• Drive program planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery aligned with business objectives

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define technical solutions and roadmaps

• Manage dependencies, risks, timelines, and deliverables across cross-functional teams

• Ensure alignment with architecture, scalability, and security standards

• Oversee Agile/Scrum execution, sprint planning, and release management

• Provide regular program updates, dashboards, and executive-level reporting

• Facilitate cross-team integrations, especially across payment systems, credit/card platforms, and digital commerce solutions

• Ensure adherence to SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices

Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of IT experience with strong Program Management background

• Proven experience managing large-scale, enterprise-level technology programs

• Strong understanding of financial systems, particularly credit/cards domain

• Hands-on exposure to modern architecture (APIs, microservices, distributed systems)

• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)

• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.
