Job Summary

We are looking for a NICE CXone and Cognigy Developer to design, develop, and support AI-powered customer service solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in building conversational AI bots using Cognigy and integrating them with the NICE CXone platform to improve customer experience across voice and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain AI chatbots and voice bots using Cognigy.
  • Configure and support NICE CXone contact center solutions.
  • Integrate Cognigy bots with NICE CXone and third-party applications.
  • Design conversation flows for customer support and self-service.
  • Configure APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Perform testing, deployment, and documentation of developed solutions.
  • Follow best practices for security, performance, and scalability.

Required Skills

  • Experience with NICE CXone platform.
  • Hands-on experience with Cognigy.AI.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and web services.
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript or Node.js.
  • Experience integrating CRM or backend applications.
  • Understanding of IVR, Contact Center, and Conversational AI concepts.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
