Job Description

About the role

The Talent Associate role exists to support the Talent Hub in identifying, engaging, and mobilising high-quality consultants to meet the needs of Tecknuovo’s Delivery Hub. Sitting within the Talent team, the role is accountable for supporting end-to-end recruitment activity and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective consultants. Through responsive sourcing, clear communication, and accurate data management, the role directly impacts Tecknuovo’s ability to deliver expert teams at pace and maintain a strong consultant community.

Key responsibilities

  • Source and engage new consultants who align with Tecknuovo’s values and behaviours, applying judgement to identify individuals with strong technical capability and cultural fit.

  • Respond quickly to delivery demands, supporting the Talent Hub to meet client needs by helping to mobilise effective teams and individuals.

  • Support the recruitment lifecycle by coordinating job postings, reviewing CVs, conducting initial phone screens, and scheduling interviews to ensure a smooth and timely process.

  • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates, providing updates and follow-up throughout the recruitment journey.

  • Manage and nurture the consultant alumni group, helping to ensure experienced talent remains connected to Tecknuovo.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, ensuring data is handled carefully and confidentially.

Who you are and how you’ll make an impact

You bring experience from recruitment or HR that has exposed you to fast-paced, people-focused work. You are motivated to learn, comfortable taking on new challenges, and able to balance multiple priorities without losing attention to detail. Your communication style allows you to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders, while your organisational approach supports consistent follow-through and reliability.

You work well in dynamic environments, adapt quickly to changing demands, and approach your work with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism. You are trusted to handle sensitive information with discretion and use everyday tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to stay organised and effective. Your positive attitude and strong work ethic help you contribute meaningfully to the Talent Hub’s ability to support the wider business.

A day in the life

A typical day might start with reviewing new delivery requirements and prioritising sourcing activity to support upcoming client needs. You could spend time identifying and reaching out to potential consultants, reviewing CVs, or conducting initial phone screens. Throughout the day, you coordinate interviews, update candidate records, and follow up with individuals to keep them informed and engaged.

You may also check in on the consultant alumni group, ensuring communications are up to date and relationships are maintained. Alongside this, you work closely with the Talent Hub team, sharing information, responding to changing priorities, and helping ensure the business has access to the right talent at the right time.
