About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced, AI-forward Salesforce Administrator to manage, optimize, and enhance our Salesforce environment. This hands-on role will focus on leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies to streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive smarter decision-making.
The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce administration expertise with a passion for AI-powered solutions and a proactive approach to solving business challenges.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Salesforce platform.
Design and implement Salesforce Flows, automations, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to automate workflows, improve productivity, and enhance data insights.
Leverage Salesforce AI capabilities, including Agentforce, Einstein, and other emerging technologies.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
Manage data integrity, security, user permissions, and third-party integrations.
Evaluate new AI tools and technologies to drive operational improvements and measurable business value.
Support user adoption, training, and Salesforce best practices.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce Flow, automation, reporting, dashboards, and data management.
Experience implementing business process improvements through automation.
Familiarity with AI-powered tools, generative AI, and Salesforce AI capabilities.
Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and CRM data architecture.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across technical and business teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Salesforce Administrator certification.
Experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, or AI-powered workflow automation.
Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integration tools.
Fintech, financial services, payments, or SaaS industry experience is a plus.
COMPENSATION
Base Salary: $130,000-$140,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
