The Associate I is an entry-level laboratory role providing fundamental support to the analytical team. This role focuses on developing core laboratory skills, including sample handling, basic testing procedures, and GMP documentation practices, under close supervision.
Example Plan Shifts/Training Schedule:
- First 2 weeks: 8 hour shifts, M-F
- Next 1-2 months: 12 hour shifts, Friday-Sunday
Employees working a 36-hour weekly schedule (Friday through Sunday) will receive an additional 4 hours of compensation each week, providing enhanced earnings while maintaining a reduced work schedule.
