Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day facility operations across office locations and guest house

Oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, UPS, CCTV, lifts, and access control systems

Lead end-to-end office fit-out and infrastructure projects, including contractor coordination and project execution

Ensure compliance with facility licenses, fire NOCs, regulatory approvals, and statutory requirements

Manage vendors for housekeeping, security, pest control, pantry, and AMC services

Monitor facility budgets, utility consumption, and cost optimization initiatives

Maintain asset inventory and coordinate onboarding/offboarding asset requirements

Handle guest house operations, housekeeping standards, and guest experience management

Support travel, administration, company events, and office operations management

Diploma / B.E. (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) or Facility Management qualification

Experience with CAFM or Facility Management software
