Job Description

Requirements
  • 10 or more years of experience in technical IT project management leading large-scale Data & Analytics initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure data architectures, Azure Data Lake, and Databricks platform integrations.
  • Experience with managing data ingestion pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and business intelligence suites (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience in project financial tracking, budget forecasting, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience with advanced project scheduling, critical path analysis, Gantt charts, milestones, and RAID log governance.
  • Experience in data governance policies, privacy standards, data leakage prevention, and full SDLC execution (Agile/Waterfall).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of 2-4 simultaneous enterprise Data & Analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Build and maintain detailed master project schedules, critical paths, milestone trackers, and dependencies in project management tools.
  • Oversee data engineering workflows, cloud migrations, and pipeline integrations across Azure Data Lake and Databricks.
  • Track project financial performance, operational budgets, capital expenditures, and resource forecasting metrics.
  • Establish robust project governance, maintain active RAID logs, and proactively mitigate technical delivery risks.
  • Enforce data governance, security guardrails, and compliance standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Facilitate alignment between technical engineering teams, data architects, and executive business stakeholders.
