The Role

• Manage the nursing schedule to ensure optimal patient care delivery.
• Collaborate with nursing leaders to identify and implement staffing improvements.
• Advise supervisors on any issues or problems related to the nursing schedule.
• Ensure all employee and student files meet regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Coordinate and communicate assigned schedules to nursing staff.
• Maintain the confidentiality of employee personal and financial data.

What You'll Need

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in staffing or scheduling, preferably within a hospital setting.
• Excellent organizational and clerical skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with team members.
• Understanding of regulatory standards for record compliance.
