The Role

• Provide holistic nursing care and support for adolescent patients in a shift-based setting.
• Monitor patient progress, assist with therapeutic interventions, and observe the course of illness.
• Administer medically ordered treatments independently and collaborate closely with physicians and therapists.
• Maintain structured nursing documentation and manage organizational tasks within the ward.
• Actively contribute to a positive, structured, and secure interdisciplinary team environment.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Pediatric Nurse.
• Strong social competence, teamwork skills, and excellent communication abilities.
• Empathy, emotional resilience, reliability, and a genuine passion for working with young people.
• Prior experience in psychosomatics or psychiatry is advantageous but not required.
