The Role

• Drive the successful launch of a new pharmaceutical product through strategic sales initiatives.
• Implement strategic business plans to meet and exceed territory Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to educate them on product benefits and usage.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to maximize product adoption and market penetration.
• Conduct compelling sales presentations and effectively address customer inquiries.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of primary care pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Rheumatology experience is preferred.
• Launch sales experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to achieve results in a high-growth environment.
• Strategic thinking capabilities to develop and execute territory business plans.
