The Role

• Coordinate the nursing schedule to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in nursing department staffing effectiveness.
• Advise supervisors of any issues or problems with the nursing schedule.
• Ensure all employee and student files meet regulatory standards.
• Schedule and communicate assigned schedules to nursing staff under CNO supervision.
• Distribute the nursing schedule in a timely and efficient manner.

What You'll Need

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in staffing or scheduling, ideally within a hospital setting.
• Excellent organizational and clerical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
