Remote Change Management Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in need of a Remote Change Management Manager - ERP/Financial Systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management activities for business transformation and process improvement initiatives
• Partner with business leaders to develop people-focused strategies that support successful organizational change
• Assess the impact of changes across teams, identify potential risks, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
• Create and execute change plans, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption activities
• Conduct organizational readiness assessments and provide actionable recommendations to project leadership
• Develop and maintain training materials, guides, FAQs, presentations, and other user support resources
• Establish and monitor adoption metrics to measure change effectiveness and identify areas requiring additional support
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching activities for impacted teams
• Partner with project teams, business stakeholders, and change champions to support new processes and ways of working
• Monitor change progress, stakeholder feedback, and adoption challenges throughout project implementation

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, business transformation, or a related field
• Experience supporting change initiatives within large, complex organizations
• Experience developing and executing communication, training, and adoption strategies
• Experience creating training documentation and user support materials
• Strong understanding of change management principles, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across multiple levels of an organization
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment across diverse business groups
• Ability to assess change impacts, identify risks, and develop practical solutions
• Flexible and adaptable approach with the ability to work effectively in evolving business environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
