Business Systems Analyst
Location: Pennington, New Jersey (Onsite)
Role Overview
The Business Systems Analyst serves as a liaison between Workplace Benefits business and technology teams. This role involves partnering with stakeholders to define, analyze, and deliver technology solutions that support strategic business objectives. The position is responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, translating business needs into actionable deliverables for Agile teams, supporting testing and implementation activities, and driving successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will combine analytical skills, technical aptitude, and stakeholder management capabilities to deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment, leveraging modern tools, including GenAI, to enhance analysis and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technology teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define, analyze, and deliver technology solutions.
  • Gather and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into actionable deliverables for Agile teams.
  • Support testing and implementation activities.
  • Drive outcomes across the full delivery lifecycle.
  • Utilize tools, including GenAI, to enhance analysis and delivery effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
  • Experience in Wealth Management.
  • Experience as a hands-on business systems analyst on an agile team, including writing user stories, creating technical design documentation, and system flows.

Technical Skills:
  • Agile tools (Jira).
  • Business Analyst (Domain Experts).
  • Agile - Business Analyst.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Workplace Benefits products, including Equity Awards and 401k products.
