Job Description

Automotive Mechatronics Technician / Mechanic (m/f/d) with Branch Management Function | Rosenheim, Germany | On-site

We're hiring for a leading national expert in vehicle glass repair and replacement, renowned for safety, reliability, and high-quality service across Germany. With a vast network of service centers and mobile units, we're dedicated to making a difference with exceptional commitment.

The Role

  • Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
  • Take on branch management responsibilities, overseeing technical aspects, adhering to company standards, and managing daily operations.
  • Advise and support customers throughout their service experience, from booking to vehicle handover.
  • Handle invoicing, customer payment processing, and order management.
  • Ensure quality assurance, manage inventory, and maintain audit-relevant standards.

What You'll Need

  • A completed vocational trade or technical qualification, ideally with several years of professional experience.
  • Experience as a master mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist is a plus.
  • Willingness to complete a specialized examination or already possess branch management (HWK) certification.
  • A valid driver's license (Class B), strong German language skills, and proficiency in PC and administrative tasks.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and strong communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively in a team, and build trusting relationships.
