We are seeking an experienced Lead Java/J2EE Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Platform (OCP) and Oracle Database to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java/J2EE technologies, cloud-native development, and Oracle ecosystem solutions while mentoring development teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE application development.
• Strong experience with Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Platform (OCP) services.
• Strong Oracle Database development experience, including SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning, and data modeling.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP Web Services, and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and system architecture.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and cloud deployments.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or JMS.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
