Department: Mobility & Wellness

Reports To: SVP Business development

Location: Pune (On-site)

Working Days: 6 days a week

Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented professional with a background in

Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) and an MBA in Sales/Marketing to drive the growth of Frido's Footwear

category. The ideal candidate will combine a strong understanding of foot biomechanics,

ergonomics, and customer needs with proven B2B sales capabilities to build strategic partnerships

and expand market presence.


Key Responsibilities

Drive B2B sales and business development for Frido's footwear portfolio.

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across corporate partnerships,

distributors, retailers, institutional clients, and channel partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and business stakeholders.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and business meetings to showcase

Frido's footwear solutions and their ergonomic benefits.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue

targets.

Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiations,

closures, and account management.

Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to

ensure seamless customer onboarding and partner support

Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and identify growth

opportunities within the footwear industry.

Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and provide regular business updates to

leadership.

Representing Frido at trade shows, exhibitions, industry events, and networking forums to

generate leads and strengthen brand visibility.


Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).

MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

0-2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, or

Channel Sales. Prior experience as a practicing Physiotherapist is preferred

Experience in footwear, wellness, mobility, ergonomic products, consumer products,

healthcare products, or related industries will be preferred.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to analyze customer needs and provide consultative solutions.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
