• ServiceNow IRM/GRC: Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs, Reporting & Dashboards, and Update Sets.
• GRC Modules: Risk Management, Policy & Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management solutions.

Mandatory Candidate Qualifying Questions

1. Experience Check: Do you have 4–6 years of IT experience with at least 3 years supporting Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC), Audit, Security, or Risk Management programs? (Mandatory: YES)
2. Domain Understanding: Do you have a strong understanding of Risk Management, Policy Management, Compliance Management, Audit Management, Control Frameworks, and risk assessment processes? (Mandatory: YES)

Detailed Description of Services

• Primary Role: Configure, implement, support, and optimize ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions to support enterprise governance, risk, compliance, audit, and policy management initiatives.
• Key Tasks: Collaborate with business stakeholders, platform teams, and support teams to automate workflows, enhance platform capabilities, troubleshoot issues, and maintain operational excellence.
• Environment: Agile delivery teams, IT service management (Incident, Change, Production Support), and technical integration support.
