We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and serve as a positive, professional representative for our clients and their customers.

What You’ll Do

• Represent our clients in a professional and personable manner
• Interact directly with customers in a variety of settings
• Educate customers on products, services, and available solutions
• Answer questions and provide a positive customer experience
• Build genuine relationships with customers and identify their needs
• Assist with customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives
• Communicate product and service information clearly and confidently
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development programs
• Track customer interactions and provide feedback to management
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals

• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or communications experience is a plus, but not required
