The Role

• Provide individual and activating social support for residents.
• Prepare and conduct one-on-one and group activities for residents.
• Assist residents with daily living.
• Implementpflege documentation and planning.
• Maintain close contact with residents, families, and physicians.
• Contribute to quality assurance measures and provide guidance to care support staff, trainees, and interns.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a nurse (geriatric or general healthcare).
• Specialized training as a Gerontopsychiatric Specialist.
