Journeyman Data Analyst In this role you will... * Interface directly with senior leaders and capability providers on Mission Assurance risk and decision-support matters * Prepare tasking packages, staffing materials, and decision-support products * Provide risk-mitigation analysis, Courses of Action (COAs), and return-on-investment (ROI)-based decision modeling * Support the application of AI/ML techniques to extract insights from Mission Assurance assessment data and stakeholder documentation * Support analytical workflow enablement and sustainment of dashboards, monitoring views, and decision-support products * Additional duties as assigned Experience Requirements: * 3-10 years in any career field, discipline, or industry * Hands-on experience with Palantir AIP or similar AI-enabled analytics platforms preferred * Background in data science, predictive modeling, or decision analytics preferred * Experience briefing senior DoD leaders preferred Education Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in any field Certification Requirements: * Palantir AI Certification (required) Security Clearance Requirements: * Active/current Top Secret (TS) clearance on Day 1 of performance * Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI and TS/SCI with Caveats * U.S. Citizenship required Other Requirements: * Ability to work 100% on-site within a Government SCIF during core duty hours * CONUS travel may be required (coordinated with the Government at least 10 calendar days prior) * OCONUS travel may be required (e.g., EUCOM/PACOM AOR support; coordinated at least 20 calendar days prior, with Theater Business Clearances) * Local travel within the National Capital Region may be required * Trip and After-Action Reports are required following each trip * May be required to move equipment/files weighing up to 50 pounds * May require sedentary work at least 50% of the time * Reports to a physical location which occasionally requires the ability to traverse between buildings * Ability to manage stress with a high degree of maturity/professionalism * Demonstrated critical thinking and leadership skills and the ability to work well with others * Effective verbal and written communication skills **Position is Contingent on Contract Award ** Watermark is an equal opportunity employer.  All terms and conditions of employment are established without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, pregnancy, genetic information, disability, veteran status, or any other protected category under applicable federal, state, and local laws.
