The Role • Conduct maintenance tasks according to recognized technical standards. • Perform inspections in compliance with accident prevention regulations for various property types. • Ensure the operational readiness and safety of technical systems. • Identify defects and initiate necessary corrective actions. • Execute and document maintenance, inspection, and repair work, including system reporting. • Support and supervise external contractor activities. • Participate in the on-call service for disruptions. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as an electrical mechanic, a certified electrical specialist according to VDE 0105, or equivalent relevant professional experience. • Solid knowledge of building and operational technology. • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving faults according to service level agreements. • Proficiency in using PCs and IT systems. • A valid driver's license Class B and personal mobility. • Diligent, quality-oriented, and independent work style.
