We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified English Teacher to join our thriving department in a Good mixed school in Barking. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a highly successful team and contribute to a school with a strong academic record.

About the Role:

• Full-time, permanent position starting January 2025 (or sooner if possible).
• Teach English at Key Stage [3, 4 or 5] (please specify in your application).
• Develop engaging and stimulating lessons that foster a love for the English language and literature.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to deliver a rigorous and cohesive English curriculum.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A qualified English Teacher (QTS) with a passion for the subject.
• Experience teaching English at the specified Key Stage is preferred, but we welcome applications from enthusiastic Newly Qualified Teachers (NQT) as well.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to build positive relationships with students from diverse backgrounds.
• A commitment to fostering a love of learning and critical thinking skills.
