Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for your next opportunity?
Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an HR Advisor to join a well-established organisation based in Horsham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy HR team where you'll provide professional HR support across a broad range of people matters, working closely with managers and employees to deliver a proactive and efficient HR service.

- Supportive and collaborative HR team
- Previous experience working as an HR Advisor
- CIPD Level 5 qualified
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and UK employment legislation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confident using HR systems and producing reports
- Experience using Access People XD or similar HR systems
- Full UK driving licence (beneficial but not essential)
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of people matters.
- Support employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and investigations, ensuring company procedures are followed.
- Monitor sickness absence and support managers with attendance management and employee wellbeing.
- Conduct exit interviews and health questionnaire discussions, identifying trends and supporting continuous improvement.
- Maintain and update HR systems, producing accurate reports and supporting HR data management.
- Support the delivery of HR initiatives, communications and continuous improvement projects across the business.
As HR Advisor, you will also be expected to:
- Be a proactive and organised individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Build strong working relationships with managers and employees across the business.
- Demonstrate a positive, professional and confidential approach to HR.
