Join a premier Trauma Center in ND, as an Emergency Medicine Physician. This role is exclusive to ABEM-certified physicians. Choose between W2 and 1099 options, with earnings up to the mid $500Ks annually. Schedule:
• Full-time, 10-hour shifts (day/night/weekend rotations).
• 40 hours of physician coverage daily.

Pay Summary:
Salary Range:
• W2 Employee (Living in the Community): $250/hr + $10/hr quality bonus (annualized earnings of $540,800 for 2080 hours/year with bonus).
• 1099 Independent Contractor (Living in the Community): $275/hr + $10/hr quality bonus
• 1099 Independent Contractor (Travel): $285/hr
Bonuses:
• $100,000 sign-on bonus (forgivable loan over 3 years). For those living in the community
Relocation Assistance: Not specified.

• Paid professional liability insurance for all models.
• W2 benefits: Employer-paid health insurance, CME allowance, 401K Safe-Harbor Plan (3% company contribution).
Qualifications
Qualifications (Minimum and Preferred):
Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years of emergency medicine experience preferred.
Specialized Experience: Trauma and advanced procedures in Level II or academic settings.
Prior Duties: Emergency care with comprehensive procedural expertise.
Education: ABEM certification required—candidates must be board-certified in Emergency Medicine.
Licenses: Eligible for a North Dakota Medical License.
Certifications: ACLS, PALS, ATLS required.
Personality Factors: Confident, skilled, and collaborative, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
Systems Used: Epic EHR.
Ideal Candidate Features: ABEM-certified and comfortable managing all ages and trauma cases.
