Car Sales Manager | Automotive Sales Manager
Location: Omoda & Jaecoo, Crewe
Salary: Basic salary £30,000 OTE £70,000
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:45am – 5:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
1 weekend off in 3 + 1 weekday off
About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and driven New Car Sales Manager to join Holdcroft Motor Group. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive sales leader or a successful Car Sales Executive ready to step into their first management role.
You will be responsible for leading and developing the sales team, driving performance, maximising profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Your Role
Drive sales performance and achieve departmental targets
Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the sales team
Oversee the customer journey from lead generation to vehicle delivery
Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
Implement sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness
Monitor performance, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to improve profitability
Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

About You
Experience within an automotive sales environment
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
Excellent negotiation and customer service abilities
Commercially aware and results-driven
Full UK driving licence
