Join a dynamic interfaculty initiative supporting core operational, financial, and revenue-generating workflows. This role serves as a crucial bridge between operations, finance, and revenue operations (RevOps) to streamline business processes, analyze business cases, and support scalable growth across e-commerce channels.

responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Elicit, analyze, and document core business and financial requirements across cross-functional teams.

Analyze current-state processes across people, process, and product to design efficient, scalable future-state workflows.

Support Revenue Operations (RevOps) and financial processes tailored to B2B and B2C e-commerce environments.

Create process flow diagrams, conceptual mockups, test cases, and scenario-based test plans to validate new solutions.

Serve as an operational Subject Matter Expert to support change management, deployment, and training.

qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.

Proven experience in Business Operations, Financial Operations, and Revenue Operations (RevOps).

Hands-on experience working within B2B and B2C e-commerce platforms and business models.

Proficiency with process flow diagramming tools and MS Office Suite.

Strong analytical, cost-benefit analysis, and technical writing skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master of Business Administration (MBA) or CBAP certification.

Direct working experience with Salesforce and Oracle software suites.

Knowledge of systems engineering concepts and formal change management frameworks.
