Overview
In this pivotal role, you'll lead cross-functional teams to deploy and scale AI products like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, and more. Your expertise will enable seamless integration of AI tools within enterprise environments, ensuring security, compliance, and user adoption. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across regions to translate complex business needs into impactful AI capabilities, shaping the future of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of AI enablement initiatives, from planning through to operational handover.
• Serve as Product Owner, managing the AI portfolio backlog, prioritizing features, and aligning product development with legal, security, and compliance standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed plans, RAID logs, decision records, and executive reports for multi-region programs.
• Coordinate deployment, configuration, and scaling of AI solutions, ensuring compliance with security protocols such as DLP, audit logging, and access controls.
• Partner with platform engineering teams to enable automation, integrations (e.g., M365, Azure OpenAI), and service management.
• Lead risk assessments, review AI governance, and ensure adherence to data privacy and responsible AI policies.
• Design and execute adoption strategies, including training, communication, and success measurement; monitor ongoing usage, performance, and costs to drive improvements.
• Keep all stakeholders engaged by regularly showcasing new features, maintaining security standards, and ensuring legal compliance.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology project or program management in enterprise settings, ideally within regulated industries like financial services.
• Proven experience leading enterprise AI or large language model deployment projects.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, security controls (DLP, Purview, audit logs), and compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on familiarity with automation, scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell), and enterprise integration patterns.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PMP or Scrum certification is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and French (preferred for Montreal-based roles).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with connectors and Power Platform.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements specific to global deployments.
