The Role

• Work with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
• Help pupils learn, develop their abilities, and raise their self-esteem.
• Collaborate with in-house psychologists, teaching assistants, and therapy professionals.
• Utilize well-resourced school environments and engage in continuous professional development.
• Contribute to creating a positive and impactful educational experience.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning atmosphere.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Previous teaching experience.
• A resilient and dedicated approach to supporting young people.
• A 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to be a team player.
• Genuine passion for teaching and its impact on young lives.
• Ability to relate subject matter to individual pupils and build strong classroom relationships.
