Benefits analyst

Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a fantastic, global business that is currently seeking a Benefits Analyst to join them on a rolling temporary basis.

This role is fully remote - paying a day rate of 375 per day.

As a successful Benefits Analyst, you will be responsible for;

• Processing and managing benefits across both the US & UK operations
• Oversight of the end to end benefits lifecycle
• Producing reports and analytics
• Managing complex benefits queries and resolution

The ideal Benefits Analyst will have the following;

• Have extensive experience within the benefits space, must have US experience
• Worked at a senior capacity within the benefits space
• Ability to start immediately
