Project Manager – Mortgage Servicing / BFSI

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Mortgage Servicing and BFSI experience to lead end-to-end project delivery and partner with senior leaders and Servicing Operations teams.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing complex projects, UAT activities, stakeholders, budgets, vendors, scope, change, and releases.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of dedicated Project Management experience.

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is mandatory.

• Strong Mortgage Servicing experience.

• BFSI/Financial Services experience preferred.

• Proven experience working with senior business and operations stakeholders.

• Strong UAT planning, coordination, execution, and delivery experience.

• Must be able to work during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Own overall UAT planning, coordination, and delivery.

• Partner with team leaders to develop and maintain the UAT Playbook.

• Document and manage workstream issues, gaps, and observations.

• Maintain the Observation Tracker and ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Document and retain evidence for completed test cases.

• Update program-level playbooks, including capabilities, policies, procedures, and decisions required.

• Provide weekly status reporting covering project progress, risks, issues, and decisions required.

• Lead projects from initiation through successful completion.

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

• Manage project budgets, financials, resources, and delivery commitments.

• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.

• Coordinate vendors and third-party partners.

• Manage release readiness and implementation activities.

• Maintain strong communication with senior leadership and business stakeholders.

• Ensure successful delivery of defined business outcomes.
