Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Technical Lead / .NET Developer with strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, Azure, SQL Server, and HR domain integrations. The candidate must have hands-on experience with HRIS functions including Payroll, Employee Verification, Labor Standards, Time & Attendance, Gratuity, and Workday. The role requires experience working on end-to-end projects from requirements gathering through implementation, including both development and production support.

·         HRIS / HR Domain – Payroll, Employee Verification, Labor Standards, Time & Attendance, Gratuity, Workday

·         C# / ASP.NET – Application development and support

·         Azure Function Apps – Cloud-based application development

·         Azure Data Factory – Data integration and ETL

·         Azure DevOps – CI/CD, YAML pipelines, and Bicep

·         SQL Server 2019 – Database development and troubleshooting

·         HRIS Integrations – APIs, data flows, and enterprise integrations

·         End-to-End Development – Requirements through implementation

·         Production Support – Monitoring jobs, troubleshooting, and incident resolution

·         Agile / Scrum – Sprint planning, backlog refinement, and development

·         BMC Helix / App Insights – ITSM and application monitoring
