The Role

• Engage customers with expert advice on fresh products including meat, sausage, and cheese.
• Create appealing displays and craft high-quality, unique food preparations.
• Serve customers with a friendly and efficient approach.
• Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards.
• Implement sales-promoting initiatives and creative merchandising.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, completed vocational training or previous experience in food retail or gastronomy.
• A keen interest in preparing and processing fresh meat and specialty food items.
• A passion for customer interaction and the retail environment.
• Strong customer orientation, communication skills, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility.
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift system, including Saturdays.
