We’re looking to add experienced BACP registered (or equivalent) counsellors into our team as permanent Clinical Case Managers. The role will involve supporting our inbound helpline, completing online chats, assessing mental health needs, referring onto clinically appropriate therapy or signposting, offering immediate support, delivering video based therapy sessions and overarching case management services for our clients. Whilst collaborating and supporting our other global clinical teams.

As the UK and Republic of Ireland team is growing quickly, we’ll require you to be able to work in a fast paced, agile environment, to be flexible and support our business, the growing team and our service development. This is a great opportunity for you to help shape our business.

The role is part-time 3 days per week. This is a purely home working role, based in the UK or ROI and offers a great work, life balance.

We operate a fixed shift pattern for this position including week day or weekend shifts to cover the service from 8am - 8pm 7 days per week.
