Additional opportunities include:

  • Company-sponsored pelvic health courses and advanced clinical training
  • Continuing education allowances of $1,000 annually for full-time clinicians and $500 for part-time clinicians
  • Reimbursement for professional license and CPR renewals
  • Financial support toward advanced pelvic health coursework and certifications
  • Access to dedicated clinical leadership and specialty-focused clinical standards
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current PT state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state
  • Completion of a Level 1 internal pelvic floor training course, such as Herman & Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1 or an equivalent APTA Pelvic Health course is preferred.
  • Strong clinical communication skills and a commitment to individualized, evidence-based care
  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)
  • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)
  • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
