ASC Test Engineer (AE/JE) _3-5 Year of Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and support for Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and production line operations 
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on First Pass Yields (FPY), tester efficiency, and equipment stability
• Manage spare parts inventory and execute preventive maintenance programs for test machines and fixtures

Preferred Qualifications: Diploma in Electronics and communication 

• Experience with First Pass Yield (FPY) optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of production line operations and test fixture maitenance
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis
• Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities for maintenance activities and equipment performance tracking
