Production Manager

Production Manager This Manager is responsible for providing leadership to ensure employees demonstrate appropriate work skills, safety practices, quality standards, technical accuracy, efficiency and conformity to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Adjust and optimizes equipment based on production needs while conducting routine visual inspections to ensure safe operation
• Establish and enforce SOPs and ISO 9001 standards to maintain product quality and consistency
• Lead team performance by setting daily priorities, communicating production goals, and ensuring employees are properly trained
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to improve processes, track material usage and waste, and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Required Skills && Experience

• 5 years of experience in a glass manufacturing environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm
• Proficient in basic computer programs

Preferred Skills && Experience
