The Role

• Actively contribute to the design and establishment of new geriatric ward structures, bringing your ideas to the forefront.
• Ensure high-quality, individualized patient care with a focus on empathy, expertise, and genuine commitment.
• Maintain structured documentation and actively participate in quality assurance processes.
• Independently perform and ensure proper execution of physician-ordered treatments.
• Collaborate closely and respectfully with colleagues in nursing, medicine, and therapy for holistic patient well-being.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse (m/f/d) with a compassionate and skilled approach.
• Enjoyment in mentoring and actively contributing to the training of apprentices.
• Experience or specialized training in Geriatrics, or a willingness to develop expertise in this field.
• Motivation, innovative thinking, and dedication to advancing our Geriatrics department.
