UX LEAD - Multiple Location

Title: UX LEAD

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UX strategy for a loyalty and rewards experience across web and mobile platforms
Own the customer journey redesign, from research through validated, implementation-ready designs
Direct and mentor UX/UI Designers, reviewing work and maintaining design quality and consistency
Partner closely with product, engineering, and QA leads to keep design and build work moving together
Translate business requirements and stakeholder input into clear, testable design decisions
Facilitate UX research and validation activities, and incorporate findings into design iterations
Ensure design consistency across platforms using shared design principles and an existing design system
Support accessibility standards throughout the design and validation process
Communicate design rationale and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Adapt design priorities as delivery needs shift, without losing sight of the overall schedule

Qualifications
15 years of experience in UX design, with demonstrated leadership of design teams or workstreams
Proven experience designing complex, multi-platform digital experiences (web and mobile)
Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design process: research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and validation
Experience working within or adjacent to loyalty, rewards, e-commerce, or membership-based products is a plus
Comfortable operating in an agile, overlapping-workstream delivery model rather than a strict waterfall handoff
Skilled in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma or equivalent)
Strong communication skills, with the ability to defend design decisions to stakeholders and align cross-functional teams
Experience mentoring or managing designers
